How do you make it through Monday? Monday's can drag out for ever, and on Sunday you can even start dreading it!! Sprinkle of Glitter started making a blog on Monday's called "Motivational Monday's" and I have found them very helpful, so I thought I would share would LOVE! This weekend was the first weekend I was not slammed with tons of things to do. I finished a huge event last week that I never recovered from, then came this weekend and luckily we only had 1 basketball tournament (instead of 2) and my daughter's singing group sang the national anthem at a local football game. So.... in my spare time I cleaned, and I cleaned, and I cleaned. I still am not finished. I am trying to pack up winter clothes, throw away unwanted items and get organized. NOT FUN, but someone has to do it. With all of that being done this weekend, all I wanted to do today is sleep, hide, do anything I could other than go to work and get kids ready for school. But like all moms, I did what we do and got the job done. The way I did I prospered with a smile on my face was make a list. I followed the list and crossed off things one by one, reminded myself that there is only 3 weeks left school and things will calm down. I did take time to myself, I made 2 videos....because you do have to take time out for yourself. So, if you just do one thing for yourself to make it through the day make it worth while. I did not start the day with makeup, but I went home threw on a little bit and it picked me up! What do you do to pick yourself up? How do you get ready for Mondays? Just think we made it through another one!! Hope you have a great week!!

Welcome all GLAMGALS! Here you will find information for the glamorous and the ones that aspire to be. I love to look good and feel good, but must do it on a dime. I will share what products work just as good as the department store brands, but also the ones that are worth the extra $$! Along with makeup and beauty I want to let women know that you are not alone in leaving yourself out to take care of others, together we can figure out to find time for us.

Upcoming HAULS!!!
I have not gone MIA, nor have I chosen another hobby to pursue.... I have an event coming up this Friday that I put on 2x a year here in my home town. It is a Women's Expo that caters to local and area businesses to showcase what all the Panhandle of Texas has to offer. This is an event for women to have a night on the town, we cater food to the guests that come to the show, a cash bar, fashion shows---(there are 2!), and TONS of door prizes!!! The booths that I have filled the event with this time around are boutiques, make up and accessories stores, health stores, and more. I tell all the ladies that come to leave the men and children at home and bring your wallets! With that being said with it coming up this Friday it has completely taken over any free time that I would have when I am not being a wife, mom, taxi driver, etc. I have however been stocking up on my shopping items for some HAUL videos! I have great things to show you from MAC, CHANEL, WalMart, Dollar General and more. The items that I have been getting are household items, makeup, and clothes. Also, great news!! Aaron went and picked me up a new DSLR camera so that my videos will be great quality and give you a good idea of what the products look like. I think the only thing I have left is to find a background that I am happy with, but that will come with time! Also, this coming week marks the 11th month anniversary since my mom passed. I have been working hard on keeping myself and children busy since this time last year was very difficult. Since, I have been working on my blogs I have found that I am not alone in the death of a parent area. I am very blessed that I had 28 years with my mom, but I have to honestly say even that was not enough. One of my mom and mine "thing" was this event, to the point that she held on to her life until the day after my show last June. So, putting on this show itself has been different without her here. I can say I have a SUPER support system that I am very thankful for, and would not be able to do this without them. So, you know that I have been super busy, what all do you have going on? What hardships are you going through right now and how do you cope? I know one of my inspirations is Kandee Johnson, she lost her father shortly after I lost my mother and she has constantly put on a happy face and is preserving! I would love to hear from you and please subscribe!! There is a button on my blog that says "subscribe" and BAM that is it! Please comment below, I would love to hear your inputs and I look forward to showing you all of my goodies!!
