Ok so I have heard so many great things about this self tanner. I researched and thought about it for over a year before I made the leap and purchased the $44 product. I was si excited, I couldn't wait to get home and put it on. I purchased the darkest mousse because it's for all skin tones and I have a light tan any way. Putting it on was scary because it is so green!!!!! Baby poop green but I thought... I won't be Orange! The next morning when I woke up I had a gorgeous tan 2 days later it was fading and fading fast! Yes I exfoliated, moisturized, the works it just didn't last and for the price I am sad to say I took it back. I have found a more affordable self tanner I really like a will be letting you know about soon. But for now St Tropez... is a fail. What's your experience with this line?

Milani NEON Nail Polish
I went to my local CVS store and they had Milani Cosmetics on sale buy one get on 50% off. I love these products!! So I started looking at the polishes.... I noticed the NEON collection. I tried a few out and was only impressed by one.... the 505 Dude Blue it is a deep electric blue and it only took one coat and it covered beautifully!!! I don't think it would need a second coat. The 2 other colors that I tried I am not so found of.... the 507 Pink Hottie and 508 Pink ROCKS! Pink Hottie, is a Bubble Gum pink and not so much a Neon, and Pink ROCKS! would be classified as a pink/magenta color, both are pretty but sheer. I think this is the formula L'oreal was going for with their "jelly" line this summer. You could build these 2 colors and still have the sheer effect, but the formula is very thin, and does not give you the NEON you would be wanting. There are 4 other colors available that I would like to try out at some point. I will post a picture of the colors on my nails. The 505 is on my thumb, 507 is on my index finger, and 508 is on my middle finger. You will be able to tell the pink formulas are a little runny because of build up around the cuticles. What are your favorite Neon colors?

What to Wear Wednesday
I was nicely tucked into my bed when all of a sudden I was awaken by dogs barking and my kitchen light turned on. It was my daughter... exercising her right to stay up late.... so once she was put in bed, I tried to lay back down and with any luck my mind turned on and I could not go back to sleep. All, I can think of is what all I have to do today for work, home, myself, and everyone else. So, I figured I would turn on my computer watch a few videos with General Hospital playing in the background and take some quiet time. With almost 2 hours before I have to be at work, when I almost always oversleep, I figure I will ATTEMPT to shower, dress nice, and MAYBE do my hair and makeup.... I know that is a stretch to get it all done, but HEY! You have to start somewhere. It's suppose to get to 100 degrees today and it will be a dry heat, so I am thinking a maxi skirt with a cotton tee, something that the air can breathe through! How do you spend your time when you have a little extra time? Hope you all have a happy Wednesday!!!

Tear Filled Makeup Days
With Graduations, kids moving off, and this time of year for me, its hard to want to do a full face makeup. I know that
1. I could bust into tears at any moment and do not want to look like Alice Cooper (Cougar Town Reference)
2. I do not want to put energy into something that could ruin so easily.
I will give you a little back ground of what's going on in my world. My "baby" just turned 7 on Monday and will be graduating from his little school that caters to Pre-k to First graders to the BIG school and starting 2nd grade on Friday.... meaning I will no longer have a little school kid any more. Then my other 2 will be 5th graders and my oldest will be a 7th grader!!!! WOW how time flies!! On top of all of that, Sunday will be the one year anniversary since my mom passed away. I am staying strong through all of this and miss her terribly, but this is an emotional time for me. I still want to look good but do not want makeup streaks down my face so I have had a small makeup routine on hand.
1. CLEAR MASCARA!
I have always used the Maybelline one they always have it and you can use it for your eyebrows too if needed.
Clear Mascara is great because it will give your eyelashes the definition you are wanting, allow you to look awake and alive with out it falling off your face at a drop of water works.... another plus, if you are having a stressful/busy week and needing a simple go to makeup routine like this all of these products will come off easily with not a lot of effort.
2. Lipstick/Gloss/etc...
Everyone has their own preference of their go to feel good lip product, I like lip products that will be moisturizing and give a little bit of color at the same time like the Maybelline Baby Lips, they do the job of 2 products and it lasts forever!!!
3. Powder/Powder Foundation (if needed for blemishes or coloration)
just something to throw on that takes 45 seconds that will stay on the Rimmel Matteyfing Powder does a great job and is affordable--- any drug store should have it
4. Concealer
If needed you could use a concealer a great one is the yaby concealers THEY ARE TEAR PROOF!!! they have great coverage and super affordable!! I received mine in my IPSY bag and have not been disappointed!!
5. Blush
Throw a little color on your cheeks if you want, you could even get a blush/ bronzer duo for the days you are feeling a like doing a little more.
Personally over the past few days I have been using Products 1 & 2, but I have all in a little bag if needed. There are times we need a pick me up because even on our sadder days if you take care of your self, you feel good on the inside! I hope you all have a great Thursday!!!

Making it Through Monday!
How do you make it through Monday? Monday's can drag out for ever, and on Sunday you can even start dreading it!! Sprinkle of Glitter started making a blog on Monday's called "Motivational Monday's" and I have found them very helpful, so I thought I would share would LOVE! This weekend was the first weekend I was not slammed with tons of things to do. I finished a huge event last week that I never recovered from, then came this weekend and luckily we only had 1 basketball tournament (instead of 2) and my daughter's singing group sang the national anthem at a local football game. So.... in my spare time I cleaned, and I cleaned, and I cleaned. I still am not finished. I am trying to pack up winter clothes, throw away unwanted items and get organized. NOT FUN, but someone has to do it. With all of that being done this weekend, all I wanted to do today is sleep, hide, do anything I could other than go to work and get kids ready for school. But like all moms, I did what we do and got the job done. The way I did I prospered with a smile on my face was make a list. I followed the list and crossed off things one by one, reminded myself that there is only 3 weeks left school and things will calm down. I did take time to myself, I made 2 videos....because you do have to take time out for yourself. So, if you just do one thing for yourself to make it through the day make it worth while. I did not start the day with makeup, but I went home threw on a little bit and it picked me up! What do you do to pick yourself up? How do you get ready for Mondays? Just think we made it through another one!! Hope you have a great week!!

Upcoming HAULS!!!
I have not gone MIA, nor have I chosen another hobby to pursue.... I have an event coming up this Friday that I put on 2x a year here in my home town. It is a Women's Expo that caters to local and area businesses to showcase what all the Panhandle of Texas has to offer. This is an event for women to have a night on the town, we cater food to the guests that come to the show, a cash bar, fashion shows---(there are 2!), and TONS of door prizes!!! The booths that I have filled the event with this time around are boutiques, make up and accessories stores, health stores, and more. I tell all the ladies that come to leave the men and children at home and bring your wallets! With that being said with it coming up this Friday it has completely taken over any free time that I would have when I am not being a wife, mom, taxi driver, etc. I have however been stocking up on my shopping items for some HAUL videos! I have great things to show you from MAC, CHANEL, WalMart, Dollar General and more. The items that I have been getting are household items, makeup, and clothes. Also, great news!! Aaron went and picked me up a new DSLR camera so that my videos will be great quality and give you a good idea of what the products look like. I think the only thing I have left is to find a background that I am happy with, but that will come with time! Also, this coming week marks the 11th month anniversary since my mom passed. I have been working hard on keeping myself and children busy since this time last year was very difficult. Since, I have been working on my blogs I have found that I am not alone in the death of a parent area. I am very blessed that I had 28 years with my mom, but I have to honestly say even that was not enough. One of my mom and mine "thing" was this event, to the point that she held on to her life until the day after my show last June. So, putting on this show itself has been different without her here. I can say I have a SUPER support system that I am very thankful for, and would not be able to do this without them. So, you know that I have been super busy, what all do you have going on? What hardships are you going through right now and how do you cope? I know one of my inspirations is Kandee Johnson, she lost her father shortly after I lost my mother and she has constantly put on a happy face and is preserving! I would love to hear from you and please subscribe!! There is a button on my blog that says "subscribe" and BAM that is it! Please comment below, I would love to hear your inputs and I look forward to showing you all of my goodies!!

ITs Friday!!! Lets DANCE!!
Its Friday, and just like every day there has been NO time to for me...Except my cousin Heidi and I found this great yoga class, that not only gets me one hour to myself, it is also bringing us closer. However... this is not you average yoga class. The class is called Kundalini, not only do you get the workout but our wonderful Yogi, also focuses on the mind and spirit aspect so we are actually getting a lot out of it. That one hour is just what I needed to prepare myself for tomorrow!! We have a track meet at 10am, and then one at 2 on the other side of town. We were suppose to have a fundraising car wash but that was cancelled, this is the only weekend we do not have a tournament, so of course I have big plans to clean my house, pull out summer clothes and I am sure I can add more to my plate =). With all of that being said, I am trying to figure out what to wear and if I will have the energy to do my makeup, as I am washing uniforms at midnight. I did get a goody bag from a friend of mine of new products that I will be trying out and do a review on, and I also got some REALLY cool things from the new MAC line that debuted on the 18th, that I can not wait to show with you!! I hope you all have a great weekend and sleep well! If you have any ideas on how you organize your weekend or your crazy life please post below! We would all love to hear your tips. I know that I have paired up with parents that have multiple kids in the same grades and activities as mine and we work out our schedule that way. So please post below, and please subscribe!

FAVORITE SHOES EVER!!!
I must say, at first I was sketchy. I didn't know if I could pull off the look. The shoes/boots I am talking about are Minnetonka Moccasins. They come in a variety of colors and styles. The pairs that I have are the 5 tier boots in Black and Dust Brown (yes, I have 2 pair in different colors) I come by this honestly...My Nana was the same way. They also have 3 and a 2 tier in the boots, along with slippers sandals and more. Some retail stores sell them or you can order them online at Minnetonka Moccasins < click there for link> I am hoping to get a pair of 2 or 3 tier in the grey!! The great thing about these boots is that you can wear them all day, they come with a guarantee, and they actually go with everything!! With my COACHELLA weekend, I wore them tights, a high low shirt that had a heart cut out and a lime green shirt. You can wear them with dresses, jeans, shorts, whatever you heart desires!! They are great for all seasons! I wore them the other day when it was over 80 degrees outside and my feet were not overheated sweating or anything, I have high arches and that didn't even bother me and I got so many compliments! It was fantastic!! You must try these out!! If you are like me and not a big fan of online shopping, if you clink on the above website, they will tell you who in your area sells them. If you live in my area AMARILLO, Texas I do know that Get Gussied Up sells them, that is where I got mine! You can also order them at QVC, or HSN if they have them in stock and you like to shop with them. If you order them online know that at first they may fit a little tight, they are made of natural materials like deerskin, sheepskin, and items true to their heritage. They will stretch on your calfs, if you wear a half size go ahead and go up a size so you can wear thicker sock in the winter... if you are prone to cold feet. It is a family owned business that started 1946 and has been passed down through 3 generations. They do ship and have affiliates internationally. One important reason to mention to that is that they are an American Company, who is true to there roots. Let me say the 5 tier cost $98.00, but if you spend over $75 you get free shipping. If you get a lower tier the price goes down, and you can always find coupons and savings codes. They do have "dupes" for these but I have not tried them and I with the quality of these I would recommend these. The "bargain" boots that I have seen do look just as nice and I have not seen anything wrong with them, I would like to say I do not think you are just buying these for the NAME. If you have come across a pair that is comparable, please let us know!! I would love to check them out and see what they are like... I am fan of shoes =). Here is a link to Get Gussied Up for all of my local Glammies, not only do they have Minnetonka boots, but some AMAZING clothes as well! Get Gussied Up I am also posting some outfits that I found to give you an idea of what you could wear them with. I look forward to feed back please subscribe, I also have some HAULS coming up soon! YAY!--- Disclaimer-- Pictures were found on Google Images, and Minnetonka.com

And so it begins!
I had high expectations of waking up EXTRA early this morning...nope didn't happen lol! That's ok, I have my travel bag of makeup and I am bound and determined to get my face on today!! (I can do it and so can you)! Even if its just a little bit of mascara that will make your eyes POP, or a lipstick/ gloss. Something that simple does actually help. I am a perfectionist and I have been working on that, and I use to think that if I can't do my whole face why do anything at all. So.... my challenge for you is to do something that makes you feel a little more "fancy" for your Saturday? OH! Maybe a necklace or pair of earrings! Comment below and tell us how your going to fancy up your day! Hope you all have a great Saturday!!
P.S.
If your not going to Coachella, what are you doing to Coachella your weekend?

COACHELLA my weekend withTaxes, Birthdays, Basketball, Track and more!
Well I am not going to COACHELLA this weekend...but I am going to make sure that I carry on the atmosphere around me! I am going to dress as if I am there, I will be posting outfits of the day, listening to great music, and just making sure that I have a smile on my face!! One good thing about being in my home town...where the humidity level is normally a ZERO, I can wear my make up and hair how I want to =). My Saturday is going to start off CRAZY!!! I have to find one my sons white jersey first thing in the morning, make sure the other two have everything they need, and grab all of my tax paper work and be out the door by 9AM!!! At 10AM we have a track meet and a basketball game, then at 11:30 we have a basketball game, a "maybe" game depending on if we win or lose and an appt to do our taxes, then its back to the bball tourney for me! I have NEVER waited this long to do my taxes, but going through recipts and everything that happened last year brought back memories that were hard to face. BUT remember we are going to COACHELLA the weekend with a smile on our face! At the end of the crazy day, my best friend is having her birthday and I can not wait to go hang out with her for the evening!! I know I have some high expectations on how tomorrow is going to go, but I do know that it will all work out one way or another. I hope all of you have a great day, a super weekend, and if any of you are going to Coachella, please post pics!

Must keep going!!
I am trying sooo hard to stay focused!! I have worked all day on taxes, no kids until tomorrow.... For once I will say "I'd rather be cleaning"! I've only taken a few breaks here and there and it's time to get back to work!! I want to make my video so bad, but that will be my reward to getting an HAVE TO done. I was able to multi task thank you to a wonderful local business named extreme mobile detailing! They came to my house and Washed and detailed my car. She needed it so bad, we have been through 3 boys playing football and then 5 basketball leagues and had been mistreated. Thank you extreme mobile detailing! You are truly a busy moms gift! I'm finally on my way home to finish my taxes the first pic is how it all started, the third pic is what I have left to go through.. It must be done xoxoxoxo
P.s. I get home and turn on the tv... Little Einsteins... It's like the kids are here :)

It has been a long time coming! It has been a very long hard past year, and I had to figure out what to do next. My mom passed away last year in June from her battle from cancer, and as of tomorrow it will be 9 months. There are also soooo many more, I am sorry I can not name you all!! I do not know what I would do with out.
